- Leaks or water ingress
- Loss of electrical power
- Blocked drains or sewage issues
- Heating failure
This fills a key gap in post completion care, assisting developers or Warranty providers in managing effectively outside business hours.

We provide an emergency out of hours helpline for new build properties (evenings, weekends and holidays). A trusted emergency response with a personal touch, providing good local knowledge with good and reliable contractors appointed when other services are closed.

- Offer assurance to homeowners during stressful situations
- Operate initially via phone and Web portal
Customer journey…
- Property is registered with Dragon Home Response by the developer.
- Customer reports an emergency to Dragon Home Response.
- Dragon Home Response will deploy the Contractor to isolate/repair/fix the emergency.
- Dragon Homes Response will contact the customer as a follow up, to ensure that the work has been carried out to an acceptable standard.
